Support the United Nations Global Compact Initiative

Since 2023, we support the United Nations Global Compact initiative and the Ten Principles outlined within it. This commitment reflects our dedication to integrating universal principles concerning human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption into our company policies and everyday work.

We have chosen to actively support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) outlined in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, integrating them into Quantyca Policy and business strategies, and recognizing their crucial role in addressing the most urgent issues. PEOPLE

We believe in the centrality of people: they are our main asset and the true driver of innovation and growth in Quantyca. Placing people at the center for us means continually creating opportunities for listening, dialogue, and discussion, and focusing on their professional growth and training.

We carefully manage diversity, equity, and inclusion issues, constantly trying to identify concrete actions aimed at promoting a working environment that promotes accessibility and the integration of all individuals within the corporate context to ensure their inclusion and well-being.

ENVIRONMENT

We are aware that the environment in which we live is a precious asset, and we want to commit to protecting it and taking concrete actions to reduce our environmental impact.

We commit to concrete actions aimed at reducing our environmental impact, raising awareness of environmental sustainability at the corporate culture level, and promoting it to become one of Quantyca’s guiding objectives.

We have identified Environmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that we monitor and update annually. These indicators provide us with a measure of our environmental impact and how we can improve as a company in its areas of interest.

GOVERNANCE

We base our strategies on the following activities:

Governance

Focusing our attention on the ability to manage change through a flexible internal organization and the adoption of processes aimed at continuous improvement through optimization, automation, and the intervention of specific personnel skills.

Compliance

We promote and oversee compliance with legislative, regulatory, contractual, and normative requirements through the definition and implementation of an adequate Disciplinary System. We also adopt, maintain, certify, and increase awareness of the requirements of voluntarily adopted Management Systems and Standards, thus configuring an Integrated Corporate Management System.

Risk Management

We periodically assess and monitor, or in case of significant changes, the internal and external context in which we operate. We adopt an approach based on the analysis and management of legal, contractual, organizational, infrastructural, technical, and operational risks to make our organization as resilient as possible.

Incident Handling

We implement a system for tracking information security events and incidents to identify critical issues and take corrective actions to eliminate or mitigate them if elimination is not feasible. We manage communication during incidents with utmost care, coordinating management activities and methods for restoring normal operations.

Rating ESG

We annually complete ESG evaluation ratings available on platforms such as Ecovadis, Open-Es, and Consorzio ABC.

The results of our ratings are available for viewing on their respective platforms.

Quantyca is certified ISO 9001 and ISO 27001

We have always been attentive to quality, information security, and customer satisfaction issues. We have made this our main driver, and to make it even more tangible, we have chosen to certify our management systems through two certifications.
